An evening of gin and food pairing, hosted by the head distiller from Ginsmiths.

The evening will include 5 gins and 5 light snacks to accompany them:

• Dry Gin – Smoked Salmon Bilinis
• Citrus Gin (EE) -  Spanish-style tapas platter with manchego, sun blushed tomatoes, olives, hummus served with home made bread and balsamic
• Floral Gin (EE) - Chicken Liver Pate
• Marshmallow – Spicy Prawn fishcake bites
• Merchant Navy – Bakewell Tart
