Welcome to the Historical Croxteth Hall Pop Up Cinema bringing you your favourite Christmas classics.

There’s nothing like spending quality time with your family getting cosy in front of the big screen. “It’s the most wonderful time of the year”

The event will run from 18th – 22nd December. Full bar with snacks, beverages, and popcorn Grab some Hot Chocolate & mince pies! The perfect Christmas Cinema treat.

Q. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET
A. Please make sure you bring your ticket e-ticket or email to the event as our staff will check the validity. If you have any queries with regards to our ticketing, please contact us.
 
Q.  CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINK?
A.  We have a shop and bar on-site serving a full selection of hot and cold drinks as well as various snack options. We will allow you to bring food and drink for the Autism Friendly screenin only
 
Q.  WHAT AM I SITTING ON? CAN I BRING MY OWN CHAIR LIKE YOUR NORMAL EVENTS?
Seating is provided for all ticket types at each of our Winter events. As such, we ask that audience members refrain from bringing their own chairs to the screenings, For more information please visit the booking page for your preferred screening.
 
Q. WHEN CAN I ARRIVE AT THE SCREENING?
A. For all screenings, doors open 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. We recommend you arrive at this time to get settled in and purchase any refreshments
 
Q.  CAN I SMOKE AT THE SCREENING?
A. Smoking is not permitted at our screenings.
 
Q.   CAN I BRING A DOG TO THE SCREENING?
A. Only service dogs are allowed at the screenings. Otherwise, no dogs are permitted at our events out of respect to other audience members. We apologise for any inconvenience.
 
Q. WILL THERE BE TOILET FACILITIES AT THE SCREENINGS?
A.  Yes, all our screenings have toilet facilities, including accessible facilities. 
 
Q.  WHAT AGES ARE COVERED BY THE CHILD’S TICKET?
A. All children’s and adults tickets are the same price 
 
Q.  WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINK AVAILABLE AT THE SCREENING?
A. Yes – we have snacks and drinks at all our events.
 
Q.  WHAT IF I FORGET MY TICKET?  
A. Please bring your ticket along – if you do forget it, we have a record of all bookings, so if you provide our steward with your details we can admit you into the event.  All audience members including children must have a valid ticket.
 
Q. WILL THERE BE SUBTITLES?
A. Not as standard, but if you have a large group coming that requires subtitles, please let us know and we will see what we can do. 
 
Q.  IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS? 
A. Yes, all of our sites have wheelchair access, please inform us if you require any additional support on site and we will ensure you are looked after

Q. WHAT AGES ARE COVERED BY THE CHILD’S TICKET?
A. All children’s and adults tickets are the same price. Under 1 years is free, but prams will not be allowed in the Cinema room and will have to be stored in another area.
