Building on your prior knowledge of printing with leaves and flowers, this Improvers Workshop led by local textile artist Maggie Pearson [www.bymaggienaturally.co.uk] will explore the use of mordants, modifers and natural dyes in creating unique hand printed textiles and papers. You will print fabrics/scarves and papers to take home with you.

 

Price £130 for the two day workshop includes materials, tea and coffee during the two days and a tour of the Palm House plant collection with Colin, the expert Palm House gardener. You will need to bring some fabric and will receive instructions on how to prepare it.

 

You may bring your own lunch with you or purchase it from the Palm House Pop Up cafe.
