What’s it for? To highlight the constantly evolving DNA of a global music city through expression, celebration and the new. Additionally to shine a spotlight on the city’s music heritage and showcase innovation and originality to create a festival everyone can enjoy.
 
Who’s at it?  For all ages 
 
General Description
  • Please note alcohol cannot be consumed on the streets of Liverpool as has previously been permitted next to the stages of the old Mathew Street Music Festival.
  • Patrons cannot bring their own alcohol to Pier Head or Sefton Park. Alcohol can be bought on site at both areas.
  • Food is permitted at both venues.
  • Only liquid permitted into sites are 500ml bottles of sealed water.
  • Pier Head requires tickets for the event. Maximum purchase of tickets apply. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. One adult to four children
  • Sefton Park is a free event- tickets not required
